Features: The Owner 5167W Twistlock Light is a weighted version of the classic Twistlock Light bass bait hook. With a little extra weight, the 5167W Twistlock Light Weighted hook gets you a little more casting distance, but also acts as a keel to keep your bait from helicoptering in the water. The Owner Centering Pin Spring (CPS) features a pin through the center of the spring baitkeeper, keeping your bait rigged dead-on straight. Featuring an open gap from the extra 30 degree bend to improve your hook up rate, the super-needle point for penetration, and a black chrome finish to protect from rust and corrosion. Owner Twistlock Light 5167W Weighted Bass Bait hooks come 3 per pack for sizes 4/0 to 6/0. The Owner 5167W Twistlock Light (weighted version) not only helps sink or “swim” a rigged bait down into the strike zone, but helps to increase casting distance. The weight is positioned low on the shank to provide a keel” effect so that baits rigged weedless-style will swim naturally (as opposed to rolling or flipping when weights are inserted inside soft baits). The weighted version is ideal for Swimming Senkos, swimbaits, flukes and other small profile plastics. With Owner’s unique “Centering-Pin Spring” (CPS – patent pending) attached to the hook eye, baits can be “permanently” secured by inserting the pin in the center of the nose of a soft plastic, which can then be screwed onto the TwistLOCK coil spring so that any bait will rig perfectly everytime!
