Daiwa moved the Line Counter to the right hand side, allowing the Saltist to more easily fit in a rod holder. The all-new color pattern is a sleek black with blue accents with soft touch handle knob. The new Saltist Levelwind is built on a rugged all-aluminum frame and side plate for strength without adding extra weight. In the redesign, the star drag was upgraded to be easier to adjust and in a more ergonomic position.
